AI-powered P6 schedule analysis
Upload Primavera P6 XER files, run health checks, compare baselines, track delays, and simulate what-if scenarios — all from a single conversational workspace.
No credit card required · Free during beta
Everything you need for P6 analysis
From initial upload to delay report — one AI-powered workspace handles the full schedule analysis workflow.
XER upload & parsing
Drop a Primavera P6 .xer file and get a fully parsed schedule in seconds. Projects, activities, relationships, calendars, and WBS — all extracted automatically.
Schedule health checks
Run DCMA 14-point assessments, critical path analysis, and float checks. Identify missing logic, open ends, and out-of-sequence progress.
Multi-XER comparison
Load baseline, current, and update schedules side by side. Compare sequentially to identify slippage, added activities, and duration changes across updates.
Delay analysis
Track schedule drift across monthly updates. Surface delay events, float erosion, and critical path shifts between any two snapshots.
Batch updates & what-if
Edit durations, relationships, and dates in batch. Simulate changes before committing. Export a valid .xer back to Primavera.
Secure by design
JWT-authenticated API, user-scoped cache isolation, ownership-validated snapshots. Your schedule data is never shared across accounts.
Simple pricing
Free during beta. Pro tier pricing will be announced before general availability. Beta users will receive advance notice and early-adopter pricing.

Security first
Schedule data is commercially sensitive. The platform is designed with multi-tenant isolation from day one.
JWT-authenticated API
Every backend request requires a valid Supabase JWT. No unauthenticated access to schedule data.
User-scoped isolation
Cache entries, snapshots, and project data are scoped to your user ID. Other accounts cannot access your schedules.
No persistent file storage
Uploaded XER files are parsed in memory with a 60-minute TTL. Snapshots are stored in your own Supabase project.
