Terms of service
These are the beta-period terms for using P6 Schedule Analyzer. They will be replaced with formal legal terms before general availability.
Note: This is a beta-period summary of terms — not final lawyer-reviewed legal copy. Terms may change as the product matures.
1. Beta service disclaimer
P6 Schedule Analyzer is currently in beta. The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Features, availability, and performance may change without notice. The service may experience downtime, bugs, or data inconsistencies during the beta period.
2. Experimental output
Analysis results, health checks, delay assessments, and other outputs generated by P6 Schedule Analyzer are experimental and produced by AI-assisted tooling. Outputs should be treated as advisory only. Users must independently verify all outputs and exported schedules in Oracle Primavera P6 (or equivalent scheduling software) before using them for contractual, commercial, claims, or reporting purposes.
3. No professional advice
P6 Schedule Analyzer does not provide professional, legal, claims, or construction advisory services. Outputs do not constitute professional scheduling advice. Users remain solely responsible for any decisions made based on the analysis provided.
4. Uploaded data responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process any XER files or schedule data submitted to the service. Do not upload data you are not authorised to share. We recommend avoiding confidential or contractually sensitive project data unless you are comfortable with the beta environment.
5. Service changes and availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time during the beta period. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes, but availability is not guaranteed. Pricing, features, and plan inclusions may change before general availability.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, P6 Schedule Analyzer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
