This page describes what data P6 Schedule Analyzer collects, why we collect it, and how it is handled. This is a beta-period summary — not final lawyer-reviewed legal copy.
Note: This privacy page is a best-effort summary for the beta period. It will be replaced with a formal, legally reviewed privacy policy before general availability.
What data we collect
Account details
Email address and authentication credentials used to sign in via Supabase.
Why: To authenticate you and manage your account.
Uploaded XER files & snapshots
Primavera P6 .xer files you upload, along with generated analysis snapshots and metadata (project names, activity counts, dates).
Why: To parse, analyse, and provide schedule health checks, comparisons, and exports.
Conversations
Chat messages exchanged with the AI assistant, including tool call inputs and outputs.
Why: To provide the conversational analysis service and maintain session context.
Usage & telemetry
Tool-call logs, feature usage patterns, error reports, and performance metrics.
Why: To monitor service health, improve the product, and diagnose issues.
Billing records
When paid plans are introduced, payment and billing information will be processed via Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Why: To process payments and manage subscriptions (future).
Third-party providers
P6 Schedule Analyzer uses third-party services to operate, including but not limited to Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), AI model providers (schedule analysis), and Stripe (future billing). These providers may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies as necessary to deliver the service.
Data retention
During the beta period, data retention and deletion policies are still being finalised. If you would like your data removed, please contact us and we will process your request on a best-effort basis.
